I wear skirts and dresses almost exclusively when I travel and have never had any trouble. I have had a lot of questions, and really I think the ones asking the questions were more embarassed than I was. So you have to be prepared to explain, and accomodate them as much as you expect them to accomodate you. Almost nobody really cares what you are wearing, they only care about getting their job done and not causing trouble. a great article!
